Join Vancouver’s leading UFO and ET contact group Attend live talks, meet others, and explore the phenomenon together. Founded June 3, 2009. We host regular in-person and online events on UFOs (UAP), extraterrestrial contact, and consciousness. Vancouver has a long and fascinating history of UFO interest and research. Organizations such as UFOBC.CA , active since the 1980s, continue to contribute valuable work by carefully documenting and recording UFO sightings in British Columbia. Going back even further, groups like the Vancouver Flying Saucer Club were active in the late 1950s, hosting speakers such as the legendary Wilbert Brockhouse Smith, a Canadian engineer who led Project Magnet, an early Transport Canada study of UFO phenomena in the 1950s. The Vancouver UFO / UAP Group – Preparing for Contact continues this tradition today by hosting regular public meetings, including presentations by leading researchers and notable speakers in the field.
